DONATE

SPW appreciates the support of our donors; without you, we would not be able to empower the next generation of young people to take on urgent issues in their communities! Whether you are able to donate £10 or £1,000, your support definitely matters. Over 83% of our funds go directly to programme implementation, with only 17% used for management and fundraising. Since we can reach over 400,000 young people each year, at the annual cost of just £5 per child, you can know that your donation is truly making a difference. For more details on our finances, we invite you to download our 2007 Annual Report. Thank you again for your support!

Consider Becoming a Sustaining Supporter

Many donors find making a monthly donation the easiest way to make a meaningful contribution to SPW. This can be set up to occur automatically, leading to astounding results by the end of the year. Read on to see what your monthly contribution could do!

£12 per month provides information materials used by a volunteer in their placement such as books, posters, leaflets, HIV and AIDS specific literature.

£28 per month enables a volunteer to facilitate activities during placement such as Awareness Days and Health Days. It  also funds the setting up and ongoing support of youth clubs which reach the wider community.

£60 per month funds an African volunteer's accommodation, living expenses and support visits from SPW in-country staff.

£100 per month funds the total costs of recruiting, training and supporting one young African volunteer to work for one year as a Health Educator in a rural community in their own country
